Where do you deliver?
Currently we deliver all over Australia, however we are working on international freight. 

What if my goods get damaged in transit?
If you select our freight insurance option when you check out your shopping cart we will take all risk for the damage or loss of your goods in transit. We do require you to check the condition of the goods before you sign for them however. If you do not select the insurance option the goods will be delivered at your risk as most other sellers do.

What if my purchase is faulty or isn’t as good as promised?
If the goods are faulty they will be replaced or repaired as per the manufacturer’s warranty. If the goods show up and they are not as described or for whatever reason we will take them back under our 30 day money back guarantee as long as they have not been used.

Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?
Yes as long as it is within the first 30 days and not used we will accept the goods back under our 30 day money back guarantee.

Do you have an actual store?
Yes we have a large retail store located in Red Cliffs Victoria. We have been around since 2005 and we offer you the security of a well established business that will be here for the long term in case you need any support with your product.

What if I want a discount for buying multiple items?
We now have a Mates Rates tab on our product page which offers you great discounts if you purchase multiple items that are the same or from the same product group. However if you want to buy multiple items that are not covered under Mates Rates or you have special requirements then please give our sales staff a call and we’ll give you a custom quote.

How do you treat my private information?
We are very careful with you private details and do not store your credit card details under any circumstances. We do retain your details for customer service reasons but we do not under any circumstances sell or distribute your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Why can't I logon to my account?
You must activate your account before you can logon. After you fill out the registration form, you will be sent a confirmation email containing the activation link. When you click this link, your account is activated and you can logon. This email sometimes ends up in the spam/junk folder, please check here if you can't find the email.
